Jose Ignacio… I sure miss you.
This post is inspired by this incredibly stormy morning… Thought I’de take you to the most beautiful place that I have ever been (yet)! Welcome to Jose Ignacio, a small fishing village in Uruguay, where I celebrated my engagement to Josh (best friend/man of my dreams/etc)… poor Jessica
We stayed at the Posada Del Faro a.k.a. Heaven on Earth. No words can describe this place. You’ll just have to go and see for yourself.
‘black prince’
Well, I saw this jacket at Fred Segal (after about 65 mimosas), and quickly decided that I had to have it. When I actually tried the stupid thing on in my hotel room, I realized that “Black Prince” was BEAUTIFULLY hand-painted on the back… I don’t really care what the stupid thing says… I LOVE IT. If I were a ‘black prince’, I would dress like this every day and absolutely get away with it.
THEN…. I DID SOME RESESEARCH…. HERE. Pretty cool!

Deer Valley style
I ordered these waterproof leather boots last month when Dallas was having ice storms every other day. If you have ever met me then you know that I will wear flip flops in the snow before I will EVER put on a pair of Uggs. These aren’t the prettiest boots that I have ever seen, but they are pretty enough to dance around knee deep in snow (and they are not Uggs). I am going to Deer Valley soon and I am devoted to the following:
• ski clothes
• Hunter boots and a fur vest (from Arkansas) to wear when I am off the slopes
• no makeup
• 5 hours of exercise per day
• fun
let’s start with GRENADA
Here goes nothing. I’ve had a pretty action-packed couple of months so here is my attempt to catch you up on my travels… starting with Grenada, Spain.
